“Then I said to them, ‘You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.’ And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, ‘Let us rise up and build.’ Then they set their hands to this good work.”
We rise up and build.
God’s hand is upon us.
We set our hands to the work.

“Sanballat and Geshem sent to me, saying, ‘Come, let us meet together among the villages in the plain of Ono.’ But they thought to do me harm. So I sent messengers to them, saying, ‘I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?’”
We stay focused on God’s work.
We refuse distractions.
We will not come down.

1 Corinthians 1:10 (NKJV)

Division has no place among us.
We are joined together in Christ.

1 Corinthians 13:11–13 (NKJV)
“When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.”
We put away childish things.
We grow into maturity.
We live by faith, hope, and love.
Week 17 — Starts September 6, 2026
“‘Behold, the days are coming,’ says the Lord GOD, ‘That I will send a famine on the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD. They shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east; they shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, but shall not find it.’”
We hunger for God’s Word.
We do not take truth lightly.
We treasure what God has spoken.
Week 18 — Starts September 20, 2026

We remember His Word.
We walk in truth and wisdom.
Week 19 — Starts October 4, 2026
“For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.”
We walk in reverence and obedience.
We do not take grace lightly.
We honor the truth we have received.
Week 20 — Starts October 18, 2026
“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
We come boldly to God.

Week 22 — Starts November 15, 2026
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.”
We trust in the Lord.
We are rooted and fruitful.
We do not fear in hard seasons.
Week 23 — Starts December 6, 2026
26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their [a]women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the [c]woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
We are God’s people.
We walk in mercy and purpose.
We proclaim His praises boldly.
Week 24 — Starts December 20, 2026
10 And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
We are delivered and redeemed.
We live in God’s kingdom.
We walk in forgiveness and victory.
