Everything around us may shift, but believers are called to remain anchored in God, His Word, and His assignment.
Opening Reflection
What is one area of your life where you feel pressure to quit, compromise, retreat, or lose faith?
1. God's Word Is My Foundation
Read: Matthew 7:24-25
Both houses faced the storm. The difference was the foundation. Stability comes from hearing and obeying God's Word.
Discussion Question:
What is the difference between knowing Scripture and building your decisions on Scripture?
2. God's Word Must Govern My Mind
Read: Isaiah 26:3
A mind stayed on God does not deny reality. It interprets reality through God's truth.
Discussion Question:
What thought has been challenging your peace, and what biblical truth confronts it?
3. God's Character Makes His Promises Reliable
Read: Numbers 23:19 and Habakkuk 2:3
God does not lie, forget, or fail. Delay does not automatically mean denial.
Discussion Question:
Where are you tempted to interpret delay as failure?
Key Principle
Do not allow pressure to move you from prayer, worship, obedience, faith, your calling, or confidence in God's promises.
